In 2011, Lan Feng was allowed 9,015 hectares in the range for an investment land concession, and Roy Feng has the rights to 8,841 hectares, government records show. Chann said that the organizations had been clearing the area without measuring the borders of their concessions and mulling over the conceivable impacts on nearby groups. "In spite of the fact that the villagers have started numerous challenges and for a long time as of recently, there is no determination and it has turned into a perpetual area question," he said. However Pang Yiek, Treng Meanchey locale senator, said the organizations were working inside the law.
